Shipping Methods

All deliveries are made with partner courier companies, daily from 09:00 - 17:00 to the address of your choice, easily and reliably.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows: For Shipping to your location within Greece, shipping cost is 4.90€ per shipment.

For Shipping to your location outside of Greece, shipping costs are €13.90 per shipment, for shipments with a total weight of less than 0.5Kg, and €17.90 per shipment, for shipments with a total weight of more than 0.5Kg. Orders over 150€ are sent to your location with no shipping fees (Free Shipping).

When the order is complete and ready to ship, the times required for delivery are as follows:

• Within 24 hours for Attica and in all cities of mainland Greece, as long as the order is sent by 13:00 of the previous day.
• Within 48 hours for the rest of Greece.
• For remote and inaccessible areas, the delivery time can reach up to 72 hours.
• For shipments outside Greece, the deliveary is estimated to be made within 15 calendar days.

Return Policy for Custom Made and Ready-to-Ship Products

1. General Information

Our store's product return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction, covering both custom made and off-the-shelf products. In the event that your order does not meet your expectations or is defective, please notify our customer service team.

2. Returns of Delivered Products

For ready-to-deliver products, you have the right to request their return within 14 days from the date of receipt. Conditions for the return are that the products are in their original condition, unused, and with all their tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was shipped incorrectly.

3. Returns of Custom Made Products

Due to the nature of custom made products, which are made specifically to customer orders, returns are not possible unless the product is defective or does not meet what was agreed upon when ordering. In this case, the customer must inform the customer support team within 7 days of receipt of the product, quoting supporting documents.

4. Return Procedure

To return products:

• Fill out the return form that you will find on our website.
• Pack the product carefully and make sure it is in perfect condition.
• Send the product to the address we will provide you with the return request confirmation.

5. Intra-Community Transactions

For intra-Community transactions carried out under our policy, the same return terms and conditions apply. However, please note that times and procedures may vary due to national regulations. We recommend that our customers from other EU countries first contact our customer service for information about the return process.

6. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, the refund will be made within 14 working days, using the same payment method used when ordering. For orders that include shipping charges, these are non-refundable unless a return is scheduled due to a defective product.
