3. Returns of Custom Made Products

Due to the nature of custom made products, which are made specifically to customer orders, returns are not possible unless the product is defective or does not meet what was agreed upon when ordering. In this case, the customer must inform the customer support team within 7 days of receipt of the product, quoting supporting documents.

4. Return Procedure

To return products:

• Fill out the return form that you will find on our website.
• Pack the product carefully and make sure it is in perfect condition.
• Send the product to the address we will provide you with the return request confirmation.

5. Intra-Community Transactions

For intra-Community transactions carried out under our policy, the same return terms and conditions apply. However, please note that times and procedures may vary due to national regulations.
